The MAGIC MARLIN is a 1998 model ALBEMARLE 325 Convertible / Sportfish that is powered by twin CATERPILLAR 3116 TA diesels that are rated at 300 HP. This popular model was first introduced in 1998 and produced through 2003 with the CNV / SF configuration. Given her ALBEMARLE BOATS (Edenton, NC) virtues of a solid construction and outstanding sea-keeping & handling abilities, the "325" has become a "go to" boat if the operating criteria demand the above-noted virtues, diesel power for range & economy as well as an attractive price point! 
The MAGIC MARLIN has been the beneficiary of some high-profile upgrades & maintenance accomplished over the past number of years. The items include, but are not limited to, a new Flybridge Enclosure (2014), a Northern Lights 3.3 kW generator (2009), reverse-cycle heat & air, 22" LEE double spreader outriggers (tuned 2015, new hardwood flooring for the Galley / Head / Berth area, new carpeting for the Main Salon (2014) and comprehensive CATERPILLAR servicing (2015). She's "up-to-date" & ready for the 2016 Season. 
The MAGIC MARLIN can be inspected by appointment. Located in Greenwich, CT, she's "on the hard" & under a cover but boarding is not a problem. Her Owner would like to acquire a larger SF / CNV model so "viewings & offers are both to be encouraged".
