The FAIR-MAIDEN II is a nice example of the popular KEY WEST BOATS 244 Center-Console and was produced as a 2010 model, She's had "light local use" over the years. Powered by an efficient single 250 HP YAMAHA (4) Stroke outboard, she'll easily cruise in the mid-to-upper 20's knots and top out over 40 knots and all with good fuel economies.
The KEY WEST 244 CC is noted for being both a dry and easy-riding design with her deep "V" underbody with a 21-degree deadrise and generous "Carolina Flare" bow sections. The included features of the live bait wells & fish box, wash-downs, plenty of storage & rod stowage & holders, proper seating that doesn't crowd the Cockpit & Deck area, a good versatile Changing Station in the Console .. all really have appealed to Sport Fisherman for years. Combined with her efficient layout and built with low maintenance requirements in mind, it's easy to see just why the KW 244CC has been a steady seller for the Company over the years too.
