The Columbia Payne 9.6 is sloop rig, fin keel, skeg rudder, and a keel stepped mast.  This is a project boat as she needs lots of cosmetic attention.  However, I would not be surprised if you put her in the water and sail her away.  Her 3-cylinder Volvo diesel was new in 1984 and runs.  She has a mainsail and a genoa with a roller furler.  She has a forward V-berth, port and starboard settees, forward head and aft galley.  If you are interested give me a call to come see her and make us an offer.
